What did you like about the Academy of Future Chefs project?

“The motivation and determination that Halim has shown and the progress in carrying out his project is perfectly consistent with his professional reorientation towards the culinary art.”

At Halim’s request, I intervened in compulsory training in hygiene practices using the HACCP method. I also work on the advice and implementation part of AFC training projects (programs, content, and implementation methods).


I completed a Master 2 in Training Practices and Engineering. Subsequently, I obtained a master’s degree in Marine Biology.

I also undertook and obtained a BTS in business-to-business trade.

Finally, I have been a trainer since 2004 and a tutor of future trainers since 2016.
