Halim, passionate about cooking
Holder of a CAP (vocational training certificate) in cooking and trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, he opened Orisens. He worked as a caterer and home chef.
Curious and determined, he produced his first culinary creations for Palais des thés, and at the same time became a cookery trainer for Campus Pro.
In 2016, as part of the euro program, he trained his first trainees at Thierry Marx’s Cuisine Mode d’emploi(s), and a 5-year collaboration followed, with the opening of traveling and permanent schools throughout France.
Trainer of trainees and instructors, he reached the ¼ finals of the MOF competition.
At the request of the Vivien Paille Group, he creates a multitude of recipes based on Vegetable Protein Textures.
Inducted into the Académie Nationale de Cuisine and awarded the title of Professional Adult Trainer, he and his wife Aurore founded the Académie des Futurs Chefs in 2022.
Aurore is a perfectionist at heart.
A hairdresser by trade, she trained for 2 years to become a primary school teacher.
She then joined Orisens as Maître d’hôtel for over 7 years.
Managing a team of waiters, organizing service and handling customer relations are now all part of her job.
At the same time, she teaches self-confidence courses at the Ecole des Chefs to people who have lost touch with the world of work.
Keen to provide trainees with exceptional training, she perfected her skills in the Arts de la Table at the renowned Ecole Ferrandi.
Passionate and rigorous, she joined the Académie des futurs chefs as a table arts trainer. She passes on her values and technical skills.
